This place where light, colour, music, mysticism and spirituality meet, has a name. Synaesthesia. This phenomenon has a long history, dating back to the 12th century poems of Rumi and perhaps even beyond.There have been many attempts to unders tand and explain this phenomenon. Suffice to say that it is a condition to which artists and musicians continually attempt to return in which ever way their period permits.
