Trilok gained wider exposure as a member of the John McLaughlin Trio and toured with Joe Zawinul. This collection of his CMP work contains a Gurtu/Zawinul duo recording: “Ballad for Two Musicians”, taken from the album Crazy Saints. Also included among the album’s 10 tracks is Trilok’s tribute to his great friend Don Cherry: “Cherry Town”, taken from his album The Glimpse.
